Rahul boasts an extensive career spanning more than two decades within the finance sector, encompassing roles in microfinance and retail asset finance. His professional journey has included tenures at esteemed institutions such as GE Capital and DCB Bank, and notably, he played a pivotal role as a founding member of Fusion Microfinance.

In his final position, he assumed the critical responsibility of overseeing North-Business Operations, where he adeptly managed a substantial loan portfolio valued at INR 900 Crores across a network of 160 branches.

Anoop is an MBA post graduate specialized in finance, having experience of more than 13+ years Microfinance operations in diversified location of Madhya Pradesh, UP East, UP West, Haryana and Punjab. He has rich experience of team management, process development and business operations. He is with Ambition since inception of the organisation.

Currently he is working as Sr. State Head Haryana and UP West, taking care of Ambition’s branches.

Vikash is an MBA post graduate specialized in finance, having experience of more than 12 years Microfinance operations in diversified location of Haryana, Punjab and Rajasthan. He has rich experience of team management, process development and business operations. He had worked with HDFC bank.

Currently he is working as State Head in Haryana and Rajasthan taking care of Ambition’s branches.

Mr. Maneesh Kumar Singh is a professional having 7+ years experience in Operations Management, Operations Expansion, Credit Risk and Business Support. Before joining Ambition Services Pvt. Ltd. he worked with Capital Trust Ltd. and Annapurna Finance Pvt. Ltd. He has a Master in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Integral University, Lucknow & Management Diploma From I.E.R.T., Prayagraj.

Currently he is working as a Senior Divisional Manager in Punjab state and taking care of Ambition’s branches.

Mr. Vikash is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a commerce graduate from the University of Delhi having more than 2 years of experience. He is well versed in all the matters related to Company law, ROC matters, Secretarial audit, statutory reporting, and maintaining secretarial records as prescribed in the Companies Act, 2013. He is well exposed in dealing with various regulatory authorities like the Registrar of Companies, Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and National Company Law Tribunal. He is serving as Company Secretary and Advisor to the Board of Directors in legal matters of Ambition Services Private Limited.

He is currently working as Deputy Manager – MIS(BML) at Ambition Services Pvt. Ltd. He has 8+ years of experience in Microfinance industry. He had worked in Polymers Pvt. Ltd. and Fusion Microfinance Pvt. Ltd.

He is currently working as Deputy Manager – MIS(FSFB) at Ambition Services Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Saurabh is an MBA post graduate specializing in finance, having more than 5 yrs of work experience in the banking & microfinance sector with companies like HDFC Bank Ltd, Satin Credit Care Network Ltd, and Taraashna Financial Services Ltd.

Mr. Ajay Negi is working as Manager (Finances & Accounts Department). He has total 7.5 year’s experience in Finances & accounts departments. He has done M.Com Since 2015 from Garhwal University. His last assignment was with Payumart Advisory Pvt ltd. He was handling Manage all accounting operations including Billing A/R, A/P G/L, Cost Accounting and Revenue Recognition Periodically check whether all Tax Compliance (TDS, GST, Income tax) are compiles as per statutory Obligations.

Currently He is working with Ambition services Pvt. Ltd. as a Accounts Managers (Finances & Accounts departments)

Mr. Tushar Chaudhary is an MBA post graduate specialized in Rural management having professional experience of 5 years. From which 2.8 years of experience in Microfinance. He has experience inProject management, Operation management, Product Development, Team management. Before joining service Pvt Ltd. He worked in NSE-IT as Project manager and Cashpor Micro Credit as senior manager in operations.

Currently he is working with Ambition & taking care of Talent acquisition & Training Department.
